Submission
Full Papers template
Manuscripts are to be submitted to website at paper submission. Two files in a format of Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) and Portable Document Format (.pdf) are required. The file size must not exceed 10 MB. When receiving the manuscript, we assume that the corresponding authors grant us the copyright to use submitted works for IMKEN 2025 proceedings.
Guidelines
- The research articles submitted for consideration must not have been previously published and should be submitted as full papers in both Microsoft Words and pdf formats. The organizer will consider articles published according to the specified format (Template) with the letters of Times and the total pages must have 4-7 pages of A4 size.
- Abstract (maximum 250 words), choosing from the presentation formats listed below
(Oral, Poster or Online).
- Your full paper will undergo double-blind peer review and the results will be returned to you generally within four weeks.
- If your full paper is accepted you will be invited to register for the conference.
- Upon payment of the registration fee, you will receive a confirmation email containing your official receipt.

Registration Fees
International Participants: 200 USD
Thai Participants: 5,000 THB
Thai Students: 3,000 THB
At least one author of every accepted paper must register for the conference. Registration fees are not refundable and non-transferable. One registration covers a maximum of one accepted paper and in that only one person can attend the conference and can get all as mentioned in Registration Fee above.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration to IMKEN 2025 conference is confirmed only upon receipt by King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi. Participants can pay their registration fees via bank accounts as follows. (Please note that payment of conference fee can only be made to the University’s bank accounts).
